Growing up in a small town taught me the value of community and resilience. I love motivating people to believe in themselves and push their limits, just like I try to do every day.

One of my passions is cold-water swimming. Jumping into icy water is challenging, but it clears my mind and reminds me of my strength. I also enjoy sports, which keep me energized and healthy. Living a smoke-free, active life has shown me how powerful healthy choices can be, and I want to share that with others.

My journey is about staying true to myself and helping others see their potential. We’re all stronger than we think—we just have to dive in and find out.
